Three planning applications have now come onto the council website. They are:

1.  Gilders application from Primesite. ref: 18/04104/FUL
    18/04104/FUL | Alterations to car showroom and workshop (Use Class Sui Generis) to allow use as two commercial units (A1/A3), gym (D2) and offices (B1), erection of 8 dwellings (C3), provision of associated parking for all uses, landscaping and access works

2.   846 Ecclesall Road (the former Royal Mail sorting office)     ref.  18/04144/FUL
     Change of Use to cafe (Use Class A3) with bread making and coffee roasting facilities, function/event facility and provision 2x retractable canopies to front elevation |

3.   944 Ecclesall Road (former Banner Cross News shop)
      18/04036/CHU | Change of use from retail (Use Class A1) to drinking establishment (Use Class A4)
